Also, in what is now kde-base/kworldclock, the reference to
kde-base/kworldwatch in its own RDEPEND needs to be changed to
kde-base/kworldclock as well.

Err... got mixed up, what this should say is:

From the kde-base/kworldclock Changelog
Moved from kde-base/kworldwatch to kde-base/kworldclock, see bug 188707

But kde-base/kdetoys-meta still refers to kde-base/kworldwatch.
