In addition to renaming the ebuild file, I've made the following changes:
-- Updated the project homepage
-- Removed unnecessary dependancies
-- Added useful version numbers for dependancies
-- Made the JDEE dependancy optional, based on the 'java' USE flag
-- Added useful loading commands to the site-file
-- Changed the site-file to the '70' prefix, so that it loads after EIEIO and
semantic
-- Cleaned up patching and documentation-generation

A new version of ECB is available (1.95.1). The same ebuild can be used with an
updated version number and updated patch.

I can attach the updated files if necessary (or create a new bug?).
