NSS is *Network* Security Services, not *Netscape* Security Services

Also, it's probably too long but perhaps a better description could be taken from the first sentence on http://www.mozilla.org/projects/security/pki/nss/.  Something like "a set of libraries to support cross-platform development of security-enabled client and server applications"
