at76c503a-0.16.ebuild

The ebuild is exactly the same as the at76c503a-0.14_beta1.ebuild but without
the patches. The patches may be needed for someone who wants to use
at76c503a-0.16 with a 2.6.20 kernel, but I can't be certain. I do know that the
attached ebuild works with gentoo-sources-2.6.22-r6.
