Bugzilla Bug 187710

I would like to request the stabilization for app-editors/xemacs-21.4.20-r4. It
has been in the tree ~6 weeks, and contains bug fixes compared to the
currently-stable 21.4.20-r1. The added xim USE flag should improve stability
for people not using xim (a large majority) and file collisions with ctags have
been fixed.
