Somewhere in the KDE 3.5.X cycle webcams using the pwc driver stopped working in kopete (webcam correctly detected but black screen - no video output). This upstream patch makes my Logitech Quickcam 4000 Pro work in kopete like it used to.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. get http://websvn.kde.org/branches/KDE/3.5/kdenetwork/kopete/libkopete/avdevice/videodevice.cpp?r1=573903&r2=673109
2. apply the patch to kopete-3.5.7
3. watch the smile on grandma's face
