Bugzilla Bug 187146

I keyworded ponyprog because I needed it for compiling some programs for my AVR
and it did compile just fine and also seems to work without flaws. So I would
suggest it to be marked as testing for ~amd64.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
echo "dev-embedded/ponyprog ~* *" >> /etc/portage/package.keywords
emerge ponyprog

Actual Results:  
it compiled fine (just as expected)

AMD64:

compiles, runs. I haven't got any hardware to test it properly, but it works
for the bug reporter
