Description:   Opened: 2007-07-28 22:36 0000 
KDiff3-0.9.92 installs its menu item in KDE Lost & Found menu rather than in
Development. I only have amd64 machines to test on, but it has happened on 3 of
those.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge kdiff3
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
kdiff3 installs and works fine, but its menu item shows in Lost & Found.

Expected Results:  
The menu item should have been created in Development.
