(Jakub, I think this one gets assigned to Donnie)

Please fix the SRC_URI to point to the correct path for rhpl. You can currently download it from http://linux.nssl.noaa.gov/fedora/linux/development/source/SRPMS/rhpl-0.208-2.src.rpm but not from many other mirrors, since rhpl-0.209-1.src.rpm seems to be circulating the mirrors now.

bumping the ebuild to 0.209 and changing the RPM revision to "1" resolves this 
issue.

I injected this file into our mirrors, which should fix the symptoms.
This still needs fixing though.

Bumped and added a fedora-dev mirror type for development RPMs so they will hopefully get found by our mirror script.
