Description:   Opened: 2007-07-26 03:04 0000 
The ability to directly compress files without using threads when files are
smaller than the specified block size or the system only has 1 CPU was added.
This will speed things up considerably if you are compressing many small files.
Support to automatically specify decompression mode when using a pbunzip2
symbolic link was added. The pbzip2 exit code behaviour was changed to match
bzip2 for all error states.
