Bugzilla Bug 186434

I´ve installed virt-manager-0.4.0 for 2 days. 
But every time I "emerge -pv --update --deep --newuse world" it wants to
reinstall the app because of a "changed" Useflag. 
I´ve reemerged it now 3 times, but it did not disapear from the list. So it
seems theres a bug in the Ebuild.
