Looks like an Armenian dictionary has been released for aspell. I have written
an ebuild for it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.copy new ebuild to your overlay
2.emerge aspell-hy
3.enjoy your new Armenian spell checker




I created this ebuild by modifying aspell-ru.
