Description:   Opened: 2007-07-17 12:01 0000
Arch teams, please test and mark pycairo-1.4.0 stable.
The stable version - pycairo-1.2.2 - uses numeric which is no longer
maintained
and is being replaced by numpy.

------- Comment #1 From Raúl Porcel 2007-07-17 14:06:13 0000 -------
alpha/ia64/x86 stable

------- Comment #2 From Ali Polatel (RETIRED) 2007-07-17 14:19:09 0000 -------
just fyi, pycairo-1.4.0 doesn't necessarily need numpy or numeric to be
installed unlike pycairo-1.2*, with 'being replaced' I meant we're generally
trying to make packages not use numeric anymore.

------- Comment #3 From Gustavo Zacarias (RETIRED) 2007-07-17 17:42:22 0000 -------
sparc stable.

------- Comment #4 From Markus Rothe 2007-07-17 18:06:47 0000 -------

------- Comment #7 From Steve Dibb 2007-07-24 16:17:33 0000 -------

------- Comment #8 From Matt Whitlock 2007-08-21 18:37:46 0000 -------
PyGTK wouldn't compile on amd64 when using PyCairo 1.4.0. I had to revert back
to PyCairo 1.2.6.

------- Comment #9 From Matt Whitlock 2007-08-25 04:58:31 0000 -------
Never mind. I found my problem.
