A new version of kipi-plugins has been released. The old patches won't apply
without modification.

I am looking into it. Looks like they have switched to using libdcraw for raw
file decoding. I think they may well have integrated libkexiv too and so both
patches should be unnecessary. If that is true we may not need either patch -
need to do some testing and will bump if it all works OK.

Seems to work very well. Converted a series of raw files from my Nikon D80 with
no problems (would be good to see them spawn off multiple threads for that
though). Hopefully this version will work well for people :)
