Please, give ~arch keywords to app-dicts/edictionary-2.2.

There is special need for ~amd64 and ~ppc since prior versions has those
keywords and is broken.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:

AMD64: no compilation needed (just a perl script), works without errors

No. I just really need ~amd64 and ~ppc. Other arches may unCC themselves if
they consider not worth to keyword this.
