Description:   Opened: 2007-07-01 20:12 0000 
As soon as you can, arch teams, keyword the -r1 version of shadow as stable.
This version fixes the pam.d/login file so that it actually support pam_nologin
and the rest of the pam modules.

[The stable is not urgent if any arch has pam useflag masked.]
