Release of bluez-hcidump-1.37
This release adds missing HCI command and event decodings and also adds more
extended inquiry features support.

Release of bluez-libs-3.12 and bluez-utils-3.12
These releases fixes various headset, input and serial port issues. It also now
supports the limited discovery mode and the CUPS plugin can discover Bluetooth
printers in range by itself.

Okay, I've been using bluez-libs-3.12 and bluez-utils-3.12 from last friday and
they are running fine. Even some improvements on the input service!
the version bumped hcidump is also running smoothly, please feel free to update
portage! :-)

They don't need any adjustments afaik

Almost true:


ver 1.37:
        Add decoding for SCO packet flags.
        Add decoding for more extended inquiry features.
        Add missing HCI command and event decodings.

        Note:
        This version needs at least bluez-libs-3.12

All version bumped.
