*** Bug 197041 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. ***
How do we handle versioning for this package? I don't see any changelog in the tarball so I am not quite sure what upstream is up to. Do we simply bump the package name to the current date and re-digest? Thanks, Markus
That's the procedure mentioned in the ebuild. Of course it would be better to bug upstream to do versioned releases (and symlink the generic filename to the latest of those). p.s.: Sorry for the duplicate, but bugzilla did not return any hit on platon on my first search.
We should move this to the science overlay because it's impossible to maintain effective QA in its present state. It was a mistake to add it to the tree without getting upstream to version properly.
I updated it to the latest again, sorry for the delay. Maybe I'll deal with migrating to the science overlay at some point when that's less effort.
Fixed
