openmotif-2.3.0 version bump

Reproducible: Always

Created an attachment (id=123465) [details]
x11-libs/openmotif/openmotif-2.3.0.ebuild

This is a significant version change.  I have moved Dmitry's ebuild into
portage, but have removed all keywords besides ~x86 and ~x86-fbsd which I have
tested myself.  

Arch teams: please, please add your respective testing keywords.

Trust me -- if any ~arch specific bugs prop up, they'll be coming your way.
Meantime, very little would warrant an *expensive* re-keywording bug except
breaking the tree (non-resolving deps etcetera).

May I propose few additions/changes:
- add no_demos patch:
    so no demos are installed, which is good, because when you switch to 2.3
with motif-config, it creates symlinks to all these demos in /usr/bin, possibly
overwriting what you may have istalled through other packages (for instance
`tree' demo overwrites app-text/tree)
- remove few unused inherits
- change the way slot'ing is done to get rid of
    mv: cannot move
`/var/tmp/portage/x11-libs/openmotif-2.3.0/image//usr/lib/openmotif-2.3' to a
subdirectory of itself,
`/var/tmp/portage/x11-libs/openmotif-2.3.0/image//usr/lib/openmotif-2.3/openmotif-2.3'
- add `unicode' flag

File a new bug for this enhancement proposal (if that's what it is - I can't
find any of those symlinks you mentioned) instead of piggybacking on this one.
