The tv_grab_br_ne, tv_grab_cz, tv_grab_ee require dev-perl/IO-stringy
and new USE cz (Czech Republic)

I'd bet the perl packages aren't compile time dependencies...

@Carsten: ok, they're not really needed, however xmltv checks for them during
emerge phase
(Checking if your kit is complete...
Looks good)
so they were there when I started to maintain it,
and some patching is needed to change this, I think...

@Francisco: where do you downloaded an xmltv-0.45 package with cz support?
Here is:

Marked INVALID until Francisco doesn't explain me where did he found
a version of xmltv-0.5.45 with cz support, it's not in sourceforge or
gentoo repos...

new patch, fix cz not exist, sorry for first patch

new deps:

dev-perl/File-Slurp is need for tv_validate_file and tv_validate_grabber
dev-perl/Lingua-EN-Numbers-Ordinate is only used in tv_pick_cgi and re
dev-perl/Class-MethodMaker is not need

Thank you very much for the help with all those deps, the diffs will be added for sure in the upcoming 0.5.46 ebuild (I'll add it in a couple day if
there'll be no "orders" for reducing the USE flags)
