Hello,

mail-client/claws-mail-smime-0.7 missing 'inherit eutils'. Currently it dies,
because it cannot find built_with_use:

/usr/portage/mail-client/claws-mail-smime/claws-mail-smime-0.7.ebuild: line 21:
built_with_use: command not found
