stable.  The ebuild for 

app-text/sgml-common-0.6.3-r5

has been in the trunk since

nov 14 2007

I've been using this app for some time with no problems at all. Thus, I'm
requesting the stabilization..

sparc stable.
the fbsd teams don't dig stable yet AFAIK, and m68k was usually handled by
spanky.
