The new release adds support for mp4 and includes several bug fixes.

audiotag-0.16.ebuild

The ebuild adds an mp4 USE flag requiring media-video/atomicparsley. 

Once the ebuild is added to the tree, a line should be added to the
use.local.desc file in the profiles directory since mp4 isn't a global use flag
yet.

ppc ppc64 and sparc need to keyword media-video/atomicparsley and rekeyword
0.16.
