Bugzilla Bug 181688

dev-ruby/ruby-gd-0.7.4-r1 has been in the tree for over a month now. It fixes a
bug that got exposed with 64-bit systems and featured in the test suite, as
detailed in bug 166527. Due to this bug some arches (at least ia64, possibly
others) dropped keywords even when 0.7.4 was initially marked stable for them.

Currently only ppc64 has a stable version at all, but with the 64-bit bug fixed
other arches may also want to consider marking a version of ruby-gd stable.

ppc64 stable

No version marked stable for ppc as of now, as long as no user is requesting
this keywording be made we won't stable this package.

same for ia64 :)
