Basically I'd like mulitbyte enabled in vim ebuilds possibly either connected
with nls or with a new USE variable called something like multibyte.  I am
currently editing my ebuild file to do this but every time a new version comes
out or I install on a new machine I have to do it again.  The exact configure
option is --enable-multibyte
