Please stabilize the bind-9.4.1-r1. ARM, IA64, MIPS, and S390: please keyword first. This addresses #131337, which is a low-priority security issue.
IIRC, bind and bind-tools need to go stable together.

Marked unstable on mips. Seems to have compiled fine, but I have no open domains to test with.
ppc64 stable
sparc stable.
alpha/x86 stable and keyworded ~ia64. Why you didn't request the re-keywording before? I'll leave ia64 in cc so we can stabilize it later.
After trying 9.4.1-r1 on x86 and hppa with several USE flag constellations, I can only conclude that with many of them, bind fails to build because headers cannot be found. One of those issues is described in comment #2 and the other one in bug #181554. Without these issues being addressed, I can't see ~bind-9.4.1 going stable anywhere soon.

ppc stable
Stable for HPPA (by killerfox) as per bug #131337.
ia64 stable and amd64 was done
