dev-perl/HTML-Tree ebuild no longer valid. There are currently only 2 active
ebuilds in dev-perl/HTML-Tree. Both are for HTML-Tree-3.11, but HTML-Tree-3.11
has been removed from CPAN in favor of new versions (3.16 & 3.17).

Update procedure (change name of current ebuild : s/3.11-r1/3.17/ ) Have tested
on local machine, works fine. 

If desired I will post a ebuild file, but due to the triviality of the update, I
felt no reason to at this time.
