I'm working with (trying) openembedded during the task-base process i founded some problems, according with openembedded persons it could be cause bitbake older, so I'm upgrading the version of bitbake ebuild.

Reproducible: Always



Expected Results:  
bitbake task-base generation start to work properly

please add it to normal portage tree, it worked for me
and could put my name on ebuild file 8-)

if you didnt actually change anything in the ebuild, there's no need to post one

The main modification is support a newer version of bitbake, and I did it because the author did not update it for more than 3 big releases, so I am speeding and contributing to the process for developers, that like me use Gentoo as host development base.

the point is, there was no modification whatsoever to the ebuild you posted ... in those cases, there's no point in posting an ebuild which i could have just as easily copied out of my portage tree
