Bugzilla Bug 180569

New stable release from upstream, closing bug 88052. Has been in tree
for over 30 days with no open bugs. Current stable is from 2005, 
so it's that time again..

One way to test is USE="ggi" in mplayer which adds new video output to it,
don't expect "xv" like performance though :)

Note: New API so revdep-rebuild is required for previous installations.

Stable for HPPA.
