rspec in Portage is version 0.7.5. The good folks at the RSpec project are up to 1.0.3 and don't appear to be slowing down. There are some major API changes between 0.7.5 and 1.0.3, so this probably ought to go in an overlay for now. But I've been using the most recent versions of RSpec from the "gem" repository and haven't had any major issues. Ruby herd, what say you??

Added 1.0.4 to portage. Give it a few hours to propagate to the mirrors before syncing.
