Now there is no unresolved bugs on apcupsd-3.12.4. Current stable apcupsd-3.10
is unusable on systems with /usr on separate volume.

This is *not* fixed in any version, see Bug 65211. So, if it's your only reason
for stabilization, no point in doing that.

3.12.4 works on my system with separated /usr. It correctly turns off UPS power
after shutdown procedure.
