/var/spool/fax/bin/{faxrcvd,pollrcvd} defines HOSTNAME environment variable as:
  HOSTNAME=`hostname`

According to man hostname, the script should use -f (or --fqdn or --long).

Fixed in 4.3.1 which needs some test and stabilizing.
