jakub: hamlib-1.2.5 has always compiled with gcc-4 for me. The issue is with
the configuration (tcl). See my comments in bug #174192 for more details.

Please change the tcl depend to:
>=dev-lang/tcl-8.4.9, since previous versions of tcl don't seem to be found properly by hamlib's configuration script.

Well, there's no previous version of tcl in tree; all we have is 8.4.9 and 
8.4.14 :)
