This ebuild currently has a custom header, which is against Gentoo policy. So
I'm not able to currently accept the ebuild as-is. Sorry.

"Make sure that the user-submitted ebuild doesn't contain custom headers"

Please resubmit revised ebuild that doesn't contain a custom header. Thank you.
