Bugzilla Bug 178183

This version has been in the portage tree since 09-12-2006 and has no
outstanding bugs at the moment. Also it is already stable on most arches. So is
it ok by you to stabilize it on the remaining arches?

Compiles fine and clean on amd64. 
Scans still work.
