USE-flags are growing and growing. On a recent look into ufed I found out that
some of them might be duplicated:

amd: Could be replace by automount
plugins: Could be replaced by plugin
amuled: Should be replaced by daemon
cdsound: Might be replaces by cdaudio
clamd: Not sure if it could be replaces by clamav
german: Should be autodetermined based on LINGUAS
evo: Should be replaced by eds

Slowly starting to attack this.  3 packages use plugins, and 2 use plugin...so
lets see if the people that use plugin will agree to use plugins :)

could we replace this with cdaudio:
 games-fps/darkplaces:cdsound - Enables using CD audio in the engine         

german:

games-strategy/x2  should be a LINGUAS thing

the german use flag isn't used.  I removed it.

There's no cdaudio global use flag and the way the current local use flags
called cdaudio are used isn't consistent so I don't see a compelling reason to
change the cdsound flag in darkplaces right now.

removed old versions of inkscape - so there is no plugin USE-flag anymore.

There's more, check out bug #206287 and comments #15 and #18-20. This looks
like a real mess.
