Description:   Opened: 2007-05-02 23:08 0000
sci-libs/mccp4-0.7.1 fails on amd64 due to unknown machine type. This has to
do with mccp4 not updating ccp4_sys.h to check for x86_64 in an ifdefine
(http://www.ysbl.york.ac.uk/~emsley/coot/mbox-2004-2005/0723.html). I've
attached a patch and ebuild that resolves this issue. Thanks.

i said ccp4_sys.h above. I meant to say ccp4_sysdep.h

This patch work for me on amd64. All build-time errors are now fixed. However,
since this is not ~amd64 I am not sure on the policy concerning patching when
an ebuild is not available on an arch.

Fixed and keyworded, thanks!
