Bugzilla Bug 176838

When I try to emerge freebsd-share, I get an error-report about a file
collision with bash.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. have got app-shells/bash-3.2_p15-r1 installed
2. emerge sys-freebsd/freebsd-share-6.2
Actual Results:  
* checking 3485 files for package collisions
existing file /usr/share/man/man1/builtins.1.bz2 is not owned by this package
1000 files checked ...

3000 files checked ...
* This package is blocked because it wants to overwrite

Expected Results:  
The package should merge. Especially because both packages are in the system
profile.
