Bugzilla Bug 176373

Please move app-vim/vim-spell-en-20060123 to stable amd64. It has been ~amd64
for 1yr 3months, is the only version, running fine on amd64 and is stable on
x86. Using with vim, gvim, vim-core v. 7.0.174.
