Description:   Opened: 2007-04-27 17:07 0000 
using the scripts from tovid with the current stable ffmpeg-0.4.9_p20070330
fails because ffmpeg now has a new command-line syntax for bitrates.

there's a patch
http://tovid.sourceforge.net/download/patches/tovid-0.30.2.patch.gz
but it's buggy, so I fixed it
