Seems to be mostly compatible with amavisd-new 2.4.x (some template updates in /etc/amavisd.conf might be needed), but release notes contains lots of new features and fixes, so this one is a bit bigger piece to swallow.

Also gets rid of Net::SMTP and by doing that fixes an 2.5+ months old bug which might mangle 8-bit characters.

In CVS, thanks for noticing. There are really only minimal changes to the config file, so our patch applies. Same for other patches.
