While trying to do:
crossdev i586-mingw32msvc
GCC compiler fails with message that:
checking for library containing strerror... configure: error: Link tests are
not allowed after GCC_NO_EXECUTABLES.

1.Add a d use flag to make.conf
2.Try crossdev i586-mingw32msvc
3.

Actual Results:  
Fail to build cross compiler

Expected Results:  
Should filter out the d language use flag
