Description:   Opened: 2007-04-21 15:34 0000 
Make portage not install PO-files and gettext while emerging fontforge, if you
don't want to have this installed (have set USE="-nls").

I don't know whether this is currently a ./configure option, but if not, it
should be filed against fontforge's bug tracking system to have one such
implemented.
