Bugzilla Bug 175298

No commits since 2004 (http://cia.vc/stats/author/method), and no discernable
Bugzilla activity since January 2006. no *meaningful* activity since at least a
year before that, even. Could only find actual bug activity/closures related to
commits from 2004, not later.

Hmm, no reason to keep this one hidden or anything. Could even be public I
guess. Sorry for the noise; didn't realize what the defaults would be, having
never reported a devrel bug before afaik.

Erm, method said that he's never gotten any  of the bugzilla mail about 
his bug and has never seen it till now.
I've talked with him and hesaid that  his cvs access can be removed, he 
thought that was already done,
infra, for now i would say let's not retire him but make sure that cvs 
commit access to the tree is removed.

How is that possible? I CCed him when I opened this bug due to inactivity...he
should have received a few messages, given the changes that have occurred so
far.

Unclear why method was not being retired. Emailed method and dmwaters for
clarification.
