abcde has a hard dependancy on flac and vorbis-tools, but there are several
other options in the abcde.conf file, including speex, musepack, gogo, blade,
etc. May I suggest adding use flags for support of each of those, instead of
the inconsistency between having flac and vorbis as dependancies and none of
the others?

Heres a simple change to the 2.3.3 ebuild for basic USE-flag dependancies.
Probably worth adding a note to the end saying the abcde bash script needs
correct programs installed to use various features in it

Added most of them, not gogo or bladeenc since upstream looks to be dead, and
they should probably be removed / examined anyway.

Also added one for replaygain to pull in vorbisgain.
