mutt-1.5.15 supports smtp-relaying. this is missing in the ebuild by either
default or via use-flag. configure-flag would be --enable-smtp.

when compiled with that flag one can use  smtp_url="smtp://user:pw@host".

Reproducible: Always

Added it, however, conditional on USE="smtp".
