net-libs/libtorrent-0.11.2 is stable on ppc

- Emerges cleanly with USE="-debug" and builds with debug
- No collisions
- rtorrent builds/works with it

net-p2p/rtorrent-0.7.2 is stable on ppc

- Emerges cleanly with USE="-debug" and builgs with debug
- No collisions
- Works
