emerge fbida fails with:

fbtools.c:24:22: error: asm/page.h: No such file or directory

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.emerge fbida
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
the emerge fails

Expected Results:  
fbida installed

I will attach my emerge --info and build log as attachments. (On a console
based browser right now and cut-and-paste doesn't work too well.)
