Please stabilize media-sound/gnomeradio-1.6

It has been in the tree for 23 months and there is a previous stable version in
the tree, whose ebuild has QA violations and is a version that's even older
(about 4 years).

amd64 stable

media-sound/gnomeradio-1.6 is stable on ppc

- Emerges cleanly with USE="lirc" (and builds cleanly with debug set)
- No collisions
- Don't have a radio tuner to test, but the program seems to work properly.
