Tracker bug for app-portage/gentoolkit-0.2.4.

------- Comment #1 From Paul Varner 2008-09-30 21:33:52 0000 -------
This is way overdue :)

Please stable gentoolkit-0.2.4.2. This bugs dependency tree shows all bugs
that are resolved in this release over the current stable version.

gentoolkit-0.2.4.2 has been in the tree since September 17th, however, it
contains fixes for three bugs that were deemed necessary to go into the 0.2.4
series of gentoolkit. There have been no significant bugs filed since
gentoolkit-0.2.4 was put in the tree on 28 August.

When testing revdep-rebuild, I have found the easiest way is to break
dev-libs/expat by downgrading or upgrading it to force lots of API breakage.
Then run revdep-rebuild --pretend and look at the output for sanity. Then
upgrade/downgrade expat back to your current version to put things back
together.

If a CC'ed architecture doesn't want a stable version of gentookit, please
consider removing the stable keyword from gentoolkit-0.2.3-r1 so that it can
get removed from the tree.

Sparc stable, even though early. I've been hitting 0.2.4.2 pretty hard for a
couple weeks now, and 0.2.4 in some release form for about 6 weeks.

------- Comment #3 From Jeroen Roovers 2008-10-01 11:52:02 0000 -------
Stable for HPPA.

------- Comment #4 From Jeremy Olexa (darkside) 2008-10-01 12:47:25 0000 -------
Ditto for me, (what fmmcor said). amd64 stable. Looks good, thanks for the hard
work.
